Privacy

This policy covers thegrowthyard.com, run by The Growth Yard LLC, an Oregon company ("we" below). Our games and apps have their own policies: Sunspire and Hike 2650.

When you send us a note

The "Start a project" form sends your name, email, the topic you picked and your message to our inbox, through FormSubmit. We use it to reply, and keep it as ordinary business email.

The studio news

• What we keep: your email address, which list you joined (The Growth Yard), the page you signed up on and when.
• Why: to send the studio news: new games and apps, launches and what we're making. A few emails a month.
• Opt-in only: nothing is sent until you confirm from the link in the confirmation email.
• Who handles it: Cloudflare runs the sign-up (it keeps a count per network address for an hour, and per email address for a day, to stop abuse), and Resend, our email service, keeps the list and sends the emails.
• How to leave: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or email info@thegrowthyard.com and we'll remove you.
• Never sold: we don't sell, rent or share the list.

Analytics

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

The showcase

Members who sign in on /showcase do so with Discord, and what they post there is public on purpose. That data lives in the Growth Yard Hub, and members can unlist it at any time.
