Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

2650 is a game made by The Growth Yard (Austin Lee Kennedy), "we" below. This policy covers the 2650 app for iPhone.

Information we collect

None. 2650 has no servers that receive information about you, and it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software. We don't know who plays the game, where you are, or how far you walk.

Apple Health

With your permission, 2650 reads your walking and running distance from Apple Health so the miles you really walk move your hiker along the trail. That is the only Health data it reads.

• Health data is read and used entirely on your iPhone. It is never uploaded, shared, sold, or used for advertising or marketing.
• 2650 never writes anything to Apple Health.
• Allowing Health access is optional. You can turn it off at any time in the Health app, under your profile, Privacy › Apps › 2650, or in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.

Your game save

Your progress, including miles, journal, photos taken with the in-game camera and settings, is stored on your device only. We can't see it or restore it. Deleting the app deletes your journey. If you back up your iPhone, the backup may include the save, and that backup is controlled by you and Apple.

Notifications

If you allow them, 2650 schedules reminders on your iPhone, for example when your campfire is burning low. They are created on the device itself. No push service or server is involved, and you can turn them off in the game's settings or in iOS Settings.

Sharing

When you tap a share button, 2650 makes a picture of the game screen and opens the standard iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose where it goes, and whatever you pick handles it under its own privacy policy.

Feedback emails

The "send feedback" button in Settings opens your own email app with a draft addressed to us. To help us fix bugs, the draft includes technical details: the app version, your device and iOS version, your current trail mile, and any recent error messages. You can read and edit all of it, and nothing is sent unless you send the email. We use feedback emails only to reply to you and improve the game, and we never sell or share them.

Children

2650 is suitable for all ages and doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If 2650 ever starts collecting any data, we will say so here and in the App Store privacy details before that version is released.
